These are just some thoughts that I consider as I have the privilege of serving our Great God in this ministry He has given to all of us.  I want us all to consider thoughtfully and prayerfully how to be the best stewards of our time, service, and resources.  I want to build this attitude into the heartbeat of our ministry and mission.
1. People, Not Programs.
"We are Not Event Planners".  We "do events" so we can get to know the love people.  The task should not come in front of the people that task is designed to engage.

Deut 6:5, Matt 5:44, John 13:34, Luke 10:38-42

2. Intentionality.
You have a choice on being intentional with your life. - what you do, how you spend your time, how you incorporate your relationship with Christ into ALL aspects of your life.

1 Chronicles 29:17-18, James 1:22-27

3. Change starts with YOU.
You cannot be responsible for the actions of anyone else but yourself.

Matthew 7:3-5, Matt 6:21, Mat 12:34

"Be the change you want to see in the world."  -  Ghandi

4. Dream God sized goals for your life/ministry - Do not settle.

Matthew 6:30

5. Our hearts should be about the things that are on God's heart locally, nationally, and globally.
We must ask ourselves what is God doing and how can we join Him?  How can we focus on the things that God cares about verses just doing stuff?!  We know what is on God's heart by reading His Word and knowing Him better!

James 1:27, Deut 14:29

6. I do not expect perfection, but I do expect commitment - because being a disciple of Christ will cost you all.

John 6:66-69
